My Conditioning Class at D&I Fitness in South Orange is an intensive, foundational workout program that boosts both physical and mental strength. It focuses on efficient fitness techniques that enhance muscle strength, cardiovascular health, endurance, confidence, and concentration. These classes stimulate the mind and body, increasing metabolism and reducing body fat. Prepare for life’s challenges both mentally and physically with my Conditioning Class!

Strength & Mobility

Step up your game and elevate your athletic performance. My approach emphasizes strength, mobility, and injury-free training. Beyond endurance and muscle, it taps into athletic prowess. TEEN FITNESS

Sports Agility for athletes ages 13-16 yrs. Benefits include improved coordination and flexibility, core development, self-confidence, weight loss, and increased muscle strength. Classes include functional exercises using body resistance (no machines), drills, and games, always make fitness fun!

SPORTS AGILITY
