At ‘A Little More Fitness’, my vision is deeply rooted in my personal passion and drive. I firmly believe that the path to optimal health and wellness should be an enjoyable one, a journey where every step is celebrated, and every milestone stands as a testament to your perseverance.

As a Pro Basketball Player, Certified Yoga Instructor, and Dedicated Yoga Student, I have a deep-rooted passion for sports and athleticism. Having played High School and College Varsity Basketball and Lacrosse, I’ve honed my skills on and off the court. I study, practice, and teach athletic skill development, mobility training, and mindfulness techniques with the aim to help other athletes push the limits of their potential. My commitment as a trainer extends beyond personal achievements; I work with various athletic programs around New Jersey, including high school JV and varsity teams, AAU basketball teams, and also offer personal and small group instruction.”
